Wardrobe Refresh – Le Méridien, Renaissance, Westin

To launch Marriott’s first wardrobe program designed to enable individual expression, I was tasked to create a ground up communication plan for three distinct brands.

In collaboration with operations, property, & creative partners, I developed print, video, & digital resources for the brands’ aesthetic & lifestyle to inform leadership, support buy-in, & educate & inspire associates.

The multi-channel plan, inclusive of fashion look books, associate testimonials, webinars, & on-property toolkits launched globally & facilitated rapid on-boarding for franchise owners, property leadership, & associates.
