To drive awareness for Target’s entry into fresh grocery I was asked to develop a live event series to engage new customers, capture press attention, & encourage in-store trial across three markets.

I created a multitouch branded experience to surprise & delight the community.  On site, sampling & social sharing moments drove association, while take-away kits with recipe inspiration, basic ingredients, & coupons / gift cards drove store traffic & trial.

The multi-point experience increased grocery acquisition in the key markets driven by +40% coupon redemption over Target average & +5% gift card spend on fresh food.
