W Hotels Wake Up Call Festival – Dubai

Asked to join a global project underway, I led a +50-person cross-functional team to deliver a cohesive experience to drive W Hotels & Marriott Bonvoy loyalty & awareness.

I quickly built relationships with internal channel partners & external agency leads to gather information, build work-streams, & clear roadblocks to keep the project on track strategically, creatively, & fiscally.

Careful execution delivered uniform Bonvoy loyalty & W Hotels brand messaging from online promotions to on-property activation. Over three days, 3.5K+ fans enjoyed 18 artists at W Dubai - The Palm, while 10.8M viewers live-streamed headline acts via YouTube, a Marriott Int’l record.
